スウィンバーン工科大学サラワク校のパートナーであるMyBIMマレーシアは、建設産業を近代的で高度なスキルを持つ産業に変えるために、建設産業開発委員会が開発したトレーニングセンターです。このセンターでは、建設業界のプレーヤーが、建設プロジェクトのライフサイクルのためのデジタル情報モデルを作成、伝達、分析するためのモデリング技術であるBIMを使用して、シミュレートされた環境で建設プロジェクトをモデル化し、視覚化することができます。
修了者には、受講証明書と修了証明書が授与されます。MyBIMマレーシアから「構造物の基礎モデリング」を提供します。
このコースの参加する理由
このコースでは、3Dパラメトリックツールを使用して設計成果物をオーサリング、管理、抽出するための技術的能力を開発することに焦点が当てられています。このコースでは、参加者が建物の構造要素に焦点を当ててデジタル6階建てオフィスビルをモデル化するために必要とされる実際のプロジェクトハンズオンを使用して、BIMを学び、実装するために、ステップバイステップのプロジェクトベースのワークフローを介して参加者をご案内します。

前提条件
■Microsoft® Windows® オペレーティングシステムの実務知識
■建築設計、製図、エンジニアリングの知識がある方、建築・建設プロジェクトでのCAD製図やモデリングの経験があれば尚可
■BIMツールの基礎知識とコンセプト
■BIMの基本的な考え方と理論を受講したことがある
コースの目的
参加者は以下のことができるようになります。
■3Dパラメトリックモデリングツールの操作
■技術的なモデリングに使用される設計意図の解釈
■3D BIMモデルの開発
■図面、材料スケジュール、宿泊施設のスケジュールなど、関連する設計成果物を抽出し、準備します
■3D BIMモデルをインタラクション、コミュニケーション、コラボレーションツールとして活用する
■技術モデリングのBIMベースのプロセスフローを適用する
■BIMベースのプロセスフローを提供する際の問題点と関連する課題を特定する
