組織は、幹部、チームリーダー、スーパーバイザー、マネージャーだけでなく、彼らの仕事の過程で他の人を訓練するために必要なスタッフのための正式な証明書を提供することが奨励されています。

コース目的

参加者は14時間のトレーニングに参加し、5つのモジュールで構成されたプログラムを受講します。

■トレーニング・ニーズ分析（TNA）のステップバイステップの知識

■必要とされるコンピテンシー分析とトレーニング介入の理解
トレーニング目標、学習成果＆内容の開発

3) プログラムの設計と開発
