グローバル化の課題に直面し、技術とイノベーションの急変
このマスタークラスは、スウィンバーン工科大学のMBAプログラムをベースに特別にデザインされたもので、グローバル化やテクノロジーとイノベーションの急速な変化に対応するために、マレーシアのマネージャーやエグゼクティブのスキルアップと育成を目的としています。マスタークラスを満足に修了すると、参加者はオーストラリアの権威あるMBAへの道を加速させることができ、参加者のキャリアをビジネス・リーダーシップ階層のトップへと昇格させることができます。
成功した参加者は、サラワク工科大学とMEFアカデミーのスウィンバーン大学からの認定を受けるものとします。

コース目的
プログラムの完了時には、次のことができるようになります。
■管理と組織行動における事前の知識とスキルを得る
■コミュニケーション、グループダイナミクス、パワーと政治、倫理、社会的責任の分野で理論を理解し、モデルを適用する。
■ビジネスマナー、異文化間の類似点・相違点を学ぶ。
コース内容
このコースは、オンラインでの取り組みと対面セッションを組み合わせて提供されます。各ユニットは、4日間で36時間の対面セッションを、講義、ディスカッション、課題を含む8週間に渡って提供します。セッションはクアラルンプールのMEFアカデミーで行われます。参加者はまた、単一の学習単位の学生としてSwinburne MBAプログラムに登録されます。資格のある参加者は、MBAプログラムへの免除としてマスタークラスの単位を使用することができます。
マスタークラスは4つのユニットで構成されています。

このモジュールでは、参加者は学びます。

■組織の問題点と課題
■コミュニケーションの分野でのモデル
2. ユニット-倫理とガバナンス（36時間／Eラーニングによる対面講義＆チュートリアル
このモジュールでは、参加者は以下のことを学びます。
■倫理の理論とフレームワーク
■倫理と持続可能なHRMの実践
■倫理的で持続可能な組織
■ガバナンス
■組織統治
■ガバナンスとHRMの実践
3. 経営分析と問題解決（36時間／eラーニングによる対面講義＆チュートリアル
このモジュールでは、参加者は以下のことを学びます。
■問題・課題を異なる方法で理解することで機会を創出する
■問題のフレーミング/フレーミングの異なる方法の紹介
■組織の問題を理解するためのツールとしての比喩
■「システム思考」のアプローチ
■ギャップ分析
■実際のクライアントの問題に対する様々な解決策を開発する
■実際のクライアントにオプションを提示し、正当化する
4.リーダーシップとイノベーション（36時間/eラーニングによる対面講義＆チュートリアル
このモジュールでは、参加者は以下のことを学びます。
■確立された組織の文脈におけるイノベーションに関連したリーダーシップの問題の概要
■リーダーシップ能力の自己評価
■イノベーションと変革のための自己とチームのエネルギーの創造
■競合する企業マインドセットの緊張感の保持と管理
■イノベーションを起こすために文化に影響を与える
■戦略的関係管理
■倫理的で持続可能なリーダーシップ
申請方法
入学条件
修士課程への入学には、学士号またはそれに相当する学位を持っている必要があります。
人事管理または労使関係の上級ILO/MEFAディプロマを修了した者、またはMEFA認定コースの一部を受講した者は考慮されますが、選考委員会の承認を条件とします。
さらに、関連する実務経験があることが条件となります。
