環境科学は多くの科目で交わることがあり、学際的・研究的アプローチから利益を得ることができるコースが設置されました。環境プロセスとシステムの理解を深め、実践的なクラスやフィールドコースを通じて、様々な生態学的調査技術スキルを身につけます。例えば、大気・気候科学、生物地球化学、保全生物学、生態学、環境モデリング、地理空間マッピングと技術、持続可能な開発などの主要な環境原理トピックスが含まれています。最終学年の研究プロジェクトでは、これらのスキルを活用し、さらに発展させます。東南アジアと地球環境の両方に適用可能な問題や技術に関する知識と実践的な経験を積むことができます。

ファンデーションコース

Foundation in Scienceは、1 + 3年間のプログラムであり、学部に直接受け入れることができます。このコースは、最適な学習環境を作り、言語強化、数学、クリティカルシンキング，及び学習能力を目指しています。その上、学生が選択モジュール中に選んだ学部に関連するトピックを学ぶことができます。例えば、chemistry, ecology, computer programming or psychologyに進学する機会があります。






プログラムの内容

コースの構成

環境科学の主要な原則、理論、最新知識に加えて、提供されるモジュールは、環境データの収集、処理、分析、及び科学的分析、政策の開発と評価に関わるコミュニケーションのスキルを身につけることができます。また、環境管理の技の実習も行います。

環境プロセスや環境問題に関する幅広い視点に触れることは、学業やキャリアの発展に重要な役割となります。その結果、School of Geographyなど他のスクールのモジュールも学習できるように設計されています。
