【University of Nottingham】Pharmacy MPharm (Hons)

Pharmacy MPharm (Hons)は、マレーシアと英国で勉強するユニークな機会を提供する4年間のプログラムです。学位を取得した後は、報酬が発生する1年の薬学実習をしなければなりません。これは、イギリス、マレーシア、或いはその他の国で行われる可能性があります。

その後、薬剤師として登録する前に、認定機関の登録試験に合格する必要があります。
モジュラーファーマシーコースの最初2年間は、マレーシアキャンパスで教えられ、薬学のコアスキルの開発と知識の学習が含まれます。その後、最後の2年間は、英語に留学し、薬学専門職の臨床と法的側面について学びます。3年次には、アカデミックスタッフの指導のもと、薬学研究に携わる機会があります。

入学要件

University of Nottingham Malaysia Foundation
不合格モジュールがなく同時にすべての化学モジュールが60％以上の成績を修得していることの前提でFoundation in Scienceを平均マーク65％で修了。
MPharmへの進学を目指すすべてのファウンデーション候補者は、マレーシアキャンパスの薬学部が規定する英語の要件を満たすことが必要です。

上記のエントリー要件に加えて、SPM/GCSE/IGCSE/ High School Diplomaまたはそれに相当するものを取得している方は、生物学、化学、物理学、数学或いはadditional mathematicsが５Bsを取得している必要があります。

ファンデーションコース

Foundation in Scienceは、1 + 3年間のプログラムであり、学部に直接受け入れることができます。このコースは、最適な学習環境を作り、言語強化、数学、クリティカルシンキング，及び学習能力を目指しています。その上、学生が選択モジュール中に選んだ学部に関連するトピックを学ぶことができます。例えば、chemistry, ecology, computer programming or psychologyに進学する機会があります。

MPharmコースに入学するためには、Foundation in Science studentsから卒業する学生が進行規則を満たす必要があります。学生は、平均65％の合格点を持つ、すべての化学モジュールで60％以上を取得していることが必要です。また、MPharmコースの英語要件にも満たしていなければなりません。

講義やチュートリアルから実践的なクラス、ワークショップ、ケーススタディまで組み合わせた教える方法と学習スタイルで展開されています。最高の専門的、倫理的な基準で仕事ができるように教えられ、スキルを身につけるのを目指しています。個人チューターのもとで個人的な問題や学問的な問題について支援を貰います。また、このスクールには、Learning Community Forumがあり、プログラムに関わる問題をアカデミックなスタッフまで相談することができます。
